How do you tell the world that a beloved SNL character is making the leap to his own streaming TV series? With a bus decked out in its own mullet, of course. And sorry, Disney on Ice, but MacGruber on Ice is officially cooler than you. Ten MacGruber-skaters made their debut at the rink outside of 30 Rock, arguably the most famous ice skating rink in the world. It all added up to incredible organic social coverage and a bit of surprise-and-delight for the MacGruber fans who were lucky enough to experience it all live.
